1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms, together with our Refund and Deposit Terms, Subscription and Cancellation Terms, Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, form the contract between you and us. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs) or the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC Act).

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK [TODO: confirm territories]. Memberships are for personal, non-business use.

4. Memberships

• Founding-member pricing: [TODO: conditions, number of places, how long it lasts].

5. Health services (clinicians, testing, pharmacy)

• Bejka is a wellness membership and does not replace your GP or emergency services.

• Any prescription-only medicine is prescribed only if a clinician decides it is clinically appropriate, and is dispensed by [TODO: pharmacy name, GPhC premises number, superintendent pharmacist]. It is priced separately and the total is shown before you pay.
• Laboratory testing is carried out by [TODO: lab name, UKAS accreditation number].
• You must give accurate and complete health information.

6. Food supplements

Supplements are food supplements, not medicines. They are made by [TODO: supplier/manufacturer details]. Read the label before use. Consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.

7. Our obligations (CRA 2015)

Goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time. Digital content (app) will be of satisfactory quality and as described. If they are not, you have the remedies set out in the CRA 2015, including repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund, and a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.

8. Delivery
