Refund and Deposit Terms

1. Founding-member deposit

• What it is: a one-off payment of [TODO: £ amount] to reserve a founding place and the founding price for your chosen membership. It is not a subscription and does not commit you to join.
• What it buys: [TODO: reserved place, locked founding price — state exactly].
• If you join: the deposit is [TODO: credited in full against your first payment / not credited].
• If you don't join: you may request a full refund at any time within [TODO: 30] days of payment by emailing [TODO: contact email] or via [TODO: online form]. [TODO: state clearly what happens after this period.]
• If we do not launch the membership by [TODO: date], or change its price or key features materially before you join, you will receive a full refund automatically / on request [TODO].

2. Your 14-day right to cancel (CCRs 2013)

• Services/membership: you may cancel within 14 days of the day the contract is made. If you ask us to start services within that period, you may have to pay for services provided up to cancellation.
• Goods (e.g. supplements, kits): you may cancel within 14 days of the day you receive the goods.
• Exceptions: sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. opened supplements, used test kits); goods made to your specifications (e.g. personalised strips) [TODO: confirm with solicitor whether personalised strips qualify]; services fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgement.

3. Faulty or misdescribed goods
