Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. For this voluntary change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unopened and in original sealed packaging. Include your order number and items to return. Email support@bejka.com before posting so we can confirm the address and process.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you pay return postage and package securely. We recommend tracking.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, description and useful photographs. We will explain replacement/refund and any return arrangements.

Legal rights

UK consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to cancel an online order, then 14 days to return goods. Exceptions may apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Statutory faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we refund to the original payment method. Your provider may take longer to display it. Any lawful deduction for handling beyond inspection on statutory cancellation returns will be explained; none applies to qualifying unused, unopened returns under our 30-day offer.
